Please report only concerns that may require human intervention or remediation; DO NOT report weather or seasonal trail conditions (icy trails, muddy trails) that typically resolve naturally in time.
3. TRAIL NAME: You may select only one trail per report. If you wish to report for more than one trail, you will need to file a separate report for each.
4. TRAIL ISSUE: For more than one issue, file one report for each - for example, if you encounter heavy overgrowth on one section of the trail, and a downed tree in another, that's two reports.
5. LOCATION: If you have a smart phone with you on the trail, you can use Google Maps (or a similar app) to identify the geographic coordinates of the issue and copy & paste them here. See example, below:
If you are unable to provide the geographic coordinates, please describe the location, listing as many landmarks as possible.
6. PHOTO: you can upload a photo or the concern or upload a screenshot of its location.
SUBMIT: click the SUBMIT button to send your report.
Note: to file another report, you will need to reload a new blank form; to do so, re-select the web page.
